Uses[]
Shades can only be used as a shield against invasions, and to remove the evidence of large raids. This would give you around half of the enemies slain in its cost as a quickly decaying wall with some sort of exponential decay. Shades cannot attack enemy siege engines, so to avoid continual attack on your fortifications, make sure to have at least 1 regular unit, either cavalry or soldiers, to ensure the siege equipment is destroyed.
